NIFRA (Slovakia)

Nifra/Nikoleta was born in 1988 in the eastern part of Slovakia, and raised in a little town called Michalovce, where nobody expected what that little girl would reach in the future. Nifra's dreams were always to become a dj and producer. By the age of 19 she has accomplished what most of us can only ever dream of. Addicted to EDM, especially trance, she started to produce at the age of 16, but it didn't go so well. So, after a while of trying she stopped for a time, but as fate would have it she now produces full time! Nikoleta eventually felt an absence from not producing, and in early February 2006 launched her DJ career. From that time things just have been rolling on for this talented lady- who by the way is the only female progressive/trance dj in Slovakia. She's made guestmixes for the national radio, scoring gigs at the biggest parties around, Slovakia and playing around together with names like Tiesto,Above and Beyond, MIKE, Hawk, 4 Strings, Sebastian Brandt, Marcus Schossow, Joonas Hahmo, Robert Nickson, Thomas Sagstad. This experience has made her to one of the most hailed talents in Central Europe. She has instantly become a favorite by her crowd, and in 2007 th Slovak TranceChart she ended up being Slovakia's 5th most popular dj! The year 2008 looks to be the best year ever for Nifra, with her first release on the highly respected label Armada, owned by world numb.1 Dj Armin Van Buuren.
