MARK SHERRY (Scotland)

2010 is the year of Mark Sherry. After re-launching himself into the trance circuit with fresh enthusiasm and dedication, this year has already seen Mark launch his brand new website www.marksherry.net which is jam packed with all the latest Mark Sherry news, events & music. Mark’s 'Outburst Radioshow' goes out weekly as a 2 hour long show on 20 of the top internet radio stations across the globe and is now also available as a podcast on the mighty iTunes. There really are no limits or boundaries for this cutting edge ever-popular dance music show. He also recently became a proud member of the mighty PFA roster, home to the likes of Eddie Halliwell, John O Callaghan, Marcus Schossow & Giussepe Ottaviani.

Mark has been travelling the globe as ever performing at huge club dates and events at the likes of Trance Energy (NL) [his 5th appearance], Ten Years of Vandit with Paul van Dyk (Ukraine), Passion with Marco V (UK), Inside Out also with Marco V (Glasgow), Godskitchen with Sander van Doorn (Poland), Goodgreef (UK) and ‘Fiesta Pura’ at Privilege (Argentina) as well as playing at some of the worlds biggest summer and beach festivals like Dance Valley (NL), Coloursfest (UK), Luminosity (NL) and Beach Party (Poland). Mark is also about to embark on his 14th tour of Australia and play his debut in Lebanon !!

On the production front his latest remix was for non other than Markus Schulz's famed label 'Coldharbour' with the project Karanda 'On Hold' and his new single ‘Fractured 2010’ on Reset/Spinnin has just blasted it’s way onto the trance scene with huge support from Armin van Buuren, Markus Schulz, Sander van Doorn & Marco V and to top it all off he’s just had a hat-trick of spins in one night on the legendary ‘Radio 1’ with both Judge Jules and Kutski on board ! A huge vocal follow-up to this release has already been signed to Spinnin along with 3 other new collab projects. Spinnin have been so impressed with Marks releases and output recently that they have just given him a 1 year exclusive recording contract to join ranks with some of their other artists such as Sander van Doorn, Simon Patterson, Leon Bolier and Sied van Riel. Mark has also just hit the hallowed #1 spot on the 'Dance-Tunes' trance top 100 recently with his awesome tech-trance remix of the seminal 'Storm' by Storm which has just been released by Armada and with big names like Sander van Doorn, Ferry Corsten and W&W all over this remix it was only a matter of time !! Also, Mark's other new remix of 'The Drop' by Jonas Stenberg & Dave Schiemann on High Contrast raced into the top 10 trance chart on Beatport within a week of being released. It doesn't stop there, his latest single 'Seismic' on Detox went to #3 on Trackitdown only a few weeks ago and his very latest collab single 'Hostility' also went top 10 on TID !!

With remixes on hold for now Mark will locking himself in the studio while he works tirelessly on his new album.
