The personal lifestyle of this Dutch Trance pioneer is almost similar to his dj-profile. Always looking forward to get maximum results in life. One of the main reasons RAM is hitting the scene like a new born talent. RAM solo prefers a style somewhere between progressive trance, with influences like electro, tech or even tribal house, till masterpieces in uplifting trance. Audible in styles produced by artists like Sean Tyas and Simon Patterson, who used many of these sounds combined with fat bass lines. Off course RAM has got his own value over these sounds and combines these styles with his own melodic, magic touch!

RAM always tries to employ his ways and means in his own perceptions, which could probably be part of his success! After all those years he still rocks the nation in Hollands biggest clubs! The roots of this dj lies in Amsterdam’s legendary club TranceBuddha, where he played for more than four years( weekly sold-out!) The return of the magical trance classics at Sundays in The HappyDayzz, where he create massive success with Club Déja vu. Beside those club nights he did all the big Dutch festivals and indoor parties, like DanceValley, Sensation, Trance Energy, Mysteryland and Q-Dance events like Defqon One, Q-Base and In Qontro.

Nowadays RAM develops his own style which is definitely audible in his own solo releases, who got heavenly support from the world biggest artists in trance industry. After his rebirth, June 2009, RAM’s productions can be described as magic floor fillers. After the great success of ‘Call it a Night’, which was released on Spinnin’, the whole trance community went crazy by his phenomenal ‘Ramsterdam’! This release, signed by Armada on A State Of Trance, conquered the whole world, supported by Top100 listed artists like John ‘O Callaghan, Sean Tyas, Markus Schultz, Aly&Fila, Gareth Emery, Menno de jong , Above&beyond ,Simon Patterson and off course the number one dj of the world Armin van Buuren. ,,Best tune of the year” quoted Armin, while his truly love for this magical, uplifting track was already shown on many of his Youtube films. The future is looking very bright for RAM. His remixes for the legendary trance anthems ‘The Calling’ (Solarstone) and ‘Timeless’ (Ron van den Beuken) will enter the scene very soon with huge response!

In his weekly(worldwide) Radioshow “Propaganda Tunes” Ram gives people all over the world the possibility to listen to his choice of good music! Beside this RAM also hosted some huge club nights, like Trancesetterz, Club Deja Vu and The FreaxxShow. The future is set by his new collaboration with PT Events and their classy “GrotesQue”.
